Meet your ESDA member: CCTV specialist offering service excellence

June 2014 Associations

HiTek Security Distributors was launched in November 2007. It was started as a family business in order to provide an excellent Israeli product to the South African market.

The company was founded on the premise of providing honest and reliable CCTV products to the market. It focuses solely on CCTV, making it a specialised distributor as opposed to other security distributors that have a broad range of products to sell. HiTek’s goal is to focus on listening to customers and providing the required solutions to the market.

In order to provide the best service to clients, HiTek does not associate itself with the cheapest products on the market, preferring to rely on proven technology. The company prides itself on its service, warranty and quality of products.

HiTek offers clients a three-year warranty as well as a swop out policy on its wide range of CCTV products, which include IP, analogue and HD SDI systems. All in all, HiTek provides excellent technical support and a high level of customer service at a very competitive price. Service has always been HiTek’s biggest strength as in the security industry, a client needs to receive only the best service.

As far as its future goals are concerned, HiTek’s management wants to see a branch or distributor in every major city countrywide. It’s goal is to be the most sought-after brand in South Africa, providing the best service imaginable to the security market.
