Taking the pain out of installing loops

It is an established fact that, when it comes to traffic barrier access control, ground loops offer the greatest level of protection and security, and are preferable to infrared beams. Unfortunately, commissioning these inductive innovations (or, more often than not, irritations) has always come with a whole slew of woes that have left installers wary of installing them.

Centurion Systems has heeded the call of desperate installers with the release of the easy-to-use, highly sensitive and ultra-reliable plug-in loop detector known as the Flux 11. This detector, available in both a low voltage 12/24 V DC model and a powerful 230 V AC variant, provides useful audible and visual diagnostics, making it quick and easy to install.

What used to be the most trying part of installing ground loops, namely getting the sensitivity just right, is now a breeze thanks to a series of LEDs that indicate the Flux 11’s detection level.
