Arcules and IMMIX announce integration

Issue 1 2023 News & Events, Surveillance, Products & Solutions

Arcules announced that its integration with Immix Central Station (IMMIX CS) and Guard Force (IMMIX GF) is available. The integration provides Central Station and Guard Force users a way to manage, verify, and respond to security events, while using Arcules-managed video feeds.

“Our central monitoring customers and institutions with large security teams have been asking for a more comprehensive solution that combines the flexibility of a cloud VMS with the alarm management efficiency of IMMIX CS and GF, and this integration meets this growing requirement,” said Steve Prodger, Chief Revenue Officer, Arcules. “We are confident that joint customers will find that this solution combines the best of cloud video and robust alarm monitoring services.”

With this integration, IMMIX CS and GF operators can easily view live and recorded cloud-based videos, receive alarm notifications and health alerts using the Immix software, after an initial one-time setup with Arcules. The result is a solution that easily accommodates the continued growth of cloud-based video management services by businesses across multiple markets.

“Immix is very pleased to announce this partnership with Arcules. Our company is very focused on giving our customers a choice in the types of systems they want to monitor and services they want to deliver,” stated Immix CEO Chris Brown. “Cloud-based solutions are quite in-demand and the Arcules platform delivers a robust, centralised video surveillance solution that allows Immix users yet another choice in providing managed video services and driving new business initiatives. We look forward to working with the Arcules team to bring new opportunities to the market.”
