DeepAlert Launches COMMAND

September 2026 News & Events, Surveillance

DeepAlert has announced the commercial launch of COMMAND, its new cloud-based alerting and monitoring platform purpose-built for professional CCTV control rooms. COMMAND is now available immediately to monitoring companies, armed response providers, and security operations worldwide and is DeepAlert's primary monitoring platform.

COMMAND is designed around how control-room operators actually work, addressing operational challenges long associated with legacy monitoring software: cluttered alert queues, limited in-the-moment access to site context, and inconsistent use of standard operating procedures across shifts.

"This substantial upgrade has been developed in collaboration with our clients over the past few months and represents a significant improvement in user experience, speed, and functionality," says Ryan Bromfield, head of product, DeepAlert.

COMMAND's core capabilities include:

• Tailorable, detachable alert stacks that support multi-monitor control-room setups.

• Grid view live streaming for instant, multi-camera situational awareness.

• Collapsible context fields consolidating site information, SOPs, key holder contacts, notes and history in one view.

• A dedicated maintenance stack that separates system health issues from genuine security alerts.

COMMAND is cloud-based and deploys without any edge firmware dependency, allowing it to run on customers' existing camera infrastructure. It is priced on a standard, per-camera, per-month subscription basis.

DeepAlert's technology already secures more than 10 000 sites and 70 000 connected cameras across 15+ countries. The launch of COMMAND extends that footprint with a modern platform built for the next generation of monitoring operations, supporting both existing customers and new security companies looking to modernise their control rooms.
