Our company would like to place on record that Specialised Control Technologies is and has been the exclusive agent for Chiper Technology products since 1993.
No other company in southern Africa can make that claim for Chiper's products.
We intend in future to use legal means to ensure our exclusive product range is not harmed or tampered with by companies making claims that are false.
There have been claims in the past by certain advertisers that they have the exclusivity. As can be seen by Chiper Technology's reply, no such company other than Specialised Control Technologies has been given this agency.
We would like to add that Chiper Technology, through us, give an exclusive three year guarantee on their products, something we believe no other CCTV importer has offered dealers and end users to date.

This letter serves to reaffirm that Specialised Control Technologies, business address Specialised House, 168 Peltier Road, Sunninghill, Johannesburg, South Africa, is the sole distributor of our products in southern Africa.
Specialised Control Technologies has been and continues to be the sole distributor of Chiper Technology's products. This exclusivity agreement has been in force since 1993.
No other South African company has been authorised by Chiper Technology directly to market and sell Chiper Technology products in southern Africa.
