S-QUBE Enterprise

May 2010 Integrated Solutions

Stanley Security Solutions is proud to introduce the launch of the next phase in the S-QUBE solution, the S-QUBE Enterprise. With its market-leading position as an innovative South African provider of workforce data management (WDM) solutions, Stanley Security Solutions is at the forefront of pioneering new technologies.

Mike Lotter, MD of Stanley Security Solutions, said: “The market has warmed tremendously to the S-QUBE brand and the S-QUBE range of equipment. We are very proud and excited about the newest member of the product range, the S-QUBE Enterprise.”

The S-QUBE Enterprise is the flagship within the S-QUBE range of products and is designed to meet the most meticulous requirements of larger or international companies operating WAN-based, multisite environments that may be geographically remote. It has the option of centralised or de-centralised system operations and can integrate with most network configurations, communications and protocols.

The S-QUBE Enterprise offers a TCP/IP solution on both the biometric and card options. There are no more proprietory cable hassles and connectivity issues. Terminals or readers can now be installed in any position where the TCP/IP network is able to reach. Stanley Security Solutions realised the importance to cater for both low bandwidth issues and unstable network environments.

Remote diagnostics and e-mail capabilities put Stanley Security Solutions and the S-QUBE Enterprise ahead of the pack. Customers can now expect to be notified of potential problems before issues happen and these can be resolved over networks. Speedy faultfinding and fixing is enabled through the remote monitoring and diagnostics, which can interrogate controllers, devices and convey information direct to support personnel with the option of sending this information via e-mail.

Speed is of the essence. So when faults occur, Stanley Security Solutions will be able to cut the wasted turnaround time involved in sending a technician out to the site for physical inspection. Early notification plus remote problem solving means low running costs and satisfied clients.

ERP integration, with particular reference to SAP, is of special significance to S-QUBE Enterprise users, who can now expect a seamless flow of HR, payroll and productivity data, based on pre-defined business rules.

Payroll is the single largest expense for most companies, so this is where the greatest protection is required against fraud, corruption and theft. Regardless of the size of your company, WDM systems are no longer just a nice-to-have, but a crucial element of financial control. With the S-QUBE Enterprise there is now a solution that will suit all the needs of the market and measured productivity improvements can be directly achieved.

When it comes to the S-QUBE Enterprise, Stanley Security Solutions has kept to its Evergreen philosophy. It developed the S-QUBE solution from its predecessor the BlueLine platform because of its stability, ruggedness and importance that existing customers are now able to migrate to the latest technologies without unnecessary risk or disruption to operations.

Apart from standard and advanced time and attendance and access control functionality, the S-QUBE system like the BlueLine System comes standard with features like: canteen functionality, random search, random alcohol testing, anti-passback, parading and many more. In terms of compatibility, all existing BlueLine customers will be able to follow the upgrade path into the S-QUBE solution, at very little cost.

“Customers are at the centre of our universe. We are always striving to provide peace of mind, ease of use, the most advanced technology backed up by superior customer support, flexible maintenance and finance programmes. We believe that the S-QUBE’s attributes enable our customers to evolve with our solutions as their requirements change in a unique, affordable and innovative way”, Lotter concluded.

The S-QUBE Enterprise and the S-QUBE solution range are designed to be cost-effective, feature-rich and flexible solutions to the most rigorous and demanding workforce data management requirements, namely; time and attendance, access control and security functionality.

It is these advances and attention to detail that have maintained Stanley Security Solutions position as one of the top suppliers in South Africa and the leading innovator in their field, today.
