Technoswitch stand-alone power supply range

Issue 4 2021 Infrastructure

The Technoswitch stand-alone 100-240 V AC to 24 V DC, 2 A regulated power supply range is available in three different enclosure types.

• The standard version is available in a lightweight, durable ABS enclosure with a snap-on lid and easily accommodates 7 Ah batteries.

• The weatherproof version is housed in a robust, durable powder-coated metal IP65-rated enclosure, making it ideal for industrial and outdoor applications requiring 7 Ah batteries. The power supply also has a DIN rail wiring strip, cable entry points and wall-mounting holes.

• The large powder-coated sheet metal enclosure is perfect for applications where 17 Ah batteries are required. The housing has a hinged lid for easy access, a key lock for extra security, cable entry points and wall-mounting holes.

All models in the range have external LED indications for AC Input On, 24 V DC Output On, 24 V DC Overload/Fault and Supply Fault. Additional System Status and Fault Indication LEDs are provided internally on the PSU board. Two potential free fault relays are provided, one for indicating the absence of the AC input and the other to indicate a general fault. The output voltage is protected from an overload condition and the input circuit has built-in surge protection.
