Call for nominations for the inaugural South African OSPAs

Issue 1 2021 Editor's Choice

Entry to the inaugural South African Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) is open and anyone who provides a service to the security sector in South Africa can enter.

For the first time ever, the OSPA has partnered with Securex South Africa to deliver the 2021 awards. Winners will be announced in collaboration with the organising partner in June 2021.

Entry is open until 15 March 2021 and nominations are invited in the following categories:

• Outstanding Contract Security Company (Guarding).

• Outstanding Security Consultant.

• Outstanding Security Installer/Integrator.

• Outstanding New Security Product.

• Outstanding Risk Management Solution.

• Outstanding Security Equipment Manufacturer.

You can find out more about the categories and how to enter here: https://za.theospas.com/enter/

The OSPA awards are currently running in thirteen countries and are recognised by many as the most prestigious accolade a security company or professional can be awarded.

The esteemed judges are selected by leading security associations across South Africa; the judging process is rigorous and robust, and all judges sign up to an ethics policy and mark independently.

If you are able to demonstrate that you, your company, teams or individuals have performed at an exceptional level, we urge you to enter to be in with a chance to be formally recognised.
