CentraLine provides integrated building management solutions

Honeywell’s CentraLine partner brand for integrated building management provides tailored, intelligent solutions for office buildings, schools, shops, hotels, universities, mixed-usage buildings and other facilities of all sizes.

Available from Pentagon, CentraLine solutions are based on leading Honeywell technology, such as the Niagara framework, enabling truly integrated building management – from HVAC control, lighting and shading, access control, fire alarm systems, closed-circuit television (CCTV), lifts and elevators through to complete energy management solutions. The focus is on optimising energy consumption by networking the various different systems within a building.

CentraLine offers a wide variety of room controllers for HVAC room applications and the CentraLine controller portfolio also includes solutions to control lighting, shutters and blinds. In addition, controlling the efficiency of a system is heavily dependent upon the quality of the connected field devices and the information these provide.

Niagara Extended (NX) is the CentraLine building management system and enables highly efficient engineering due to its single-tool-engineering concept, from room to plant control, to supervision and cloud solutions.

ARENA NX by CentraLine is a powerful integration and supervision platform, offering a unified vision across all building subsystems. It provides users with a number of capabilities including visualisation, system monitoring, energy management and reporting.

Honeywell Action Management is a fault detection and management service that remotely connects facility managers, supervisors and engineering staff using a mobile application to receive customised real-time facility performance notifications to ensure that buildings operate at an optimal level.

Energy Manager NX is an energy benchmarking and analysis tool, developed as an integrated solution for any type of building. It enables the user to collect and manage all aspects of energy data at one central location. Features include energy efficiency reports; energy ranking, benchmarking and contribution; daily consumption; a heat map; and regression analysis.
