* Apply business intelligence in each phase of their company's strategy process.
* Create a clear framework for defining intelligence requirements.
* Utilise intelligence collection and analytical tools and techniques that work.
Douglas Bernhardt, director, iMentor management consulting SA, Geneva, Switzerland will be leading the seminar. He is the author of the book Perfectly Legal Competitor intelligence: How to get it, use it and profit from it. He is a former member of the SCIP board of directors. The seminar will take place from 9-10 October 2002 at the Cullinan Hotel, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town.
