Another service win for Gray Security Services

Gray Security Services (North) notched another accolade for excellence, when it was named Northern Gauteng winner of the prestigious Old Mutual and Business Partners Enterprise of the Year for Outstanding Service competition.

The company won the award in the open section (enterprises with an annual turnover of more than R3 million) designed to build and maintain a culture of service excellence in the South African business sector.

Entries were adjudicated primarily on the standard of service rendered to clients, care and opportunities offered to staff, community involvement and management philosophy.

In his acceptance speech Faan du Toit, MD, Gray Security Services (North) honoured the company's clients and staff. "Their trust in Gray creates opportunities to develop our employees as above average security officers".

"We value our employees as our most important asset," said Du Toit. "Many boast more than 10 years' service, several more than 15, while scores are Gray shareholders through the company's incentive scheme."

"Above-average remuneration, benefits and working conditions, result in committed employees, ensuring quality service and long-term relationships with our client base".

Gray Security Services (North) now go through to be judged at national level; results will be announced on 19 October.
