ControlSoft appoints new MD for South Africa

ControlSoft has announced the appointment of Mark Patterson as new Managing Director for its South African operation. Patterson takes over from ControlSoft founder Russell Wagstaff, who was recently appointed as the Group's Operations Director.

Before joining the company, Patterson held various technical and management positions at Unisys, the global e-business solutions company.

According to Patterson, ControlSoft provides an opportunity to apply his wide-ranging experience to a new challenge. "At ControlSoft I can put into practice what I have learnt about IT and business over the years. The company is growing rapidly, and we need to put the infrastructure in place to support that growth."
