Asbis Africa has signed an agreement to distribute the Avira range of security software products into South and sub-Saharan Africa. The company has partnered with Intact Security, dedicated local distributor of Avira, in order to further the brand’s reach through Asbis’s reseller network.
Asbis combines a broad geographical reach with a wide range of products to provide its customers with a one-stop-shop solution. The company’s product portfolio encompasses a wide range of IT components, blocks and peripherals in addition to mobile IT systems, and the addition of Avira to this broad portfolio serves to strengthen its commitment to providing comprehensive product availability.
“The Avira brand is a welcome addition to our range, allowing us to offer our client base a complete solution,” says Elsie Woods, product manager at Asbis. “Now, in addition to purchasing computing components, our customers will be able to obtain the protection necessary to keep their computers malware and virus free.”
