As of October 2011, De Barros has been appointed as the MD of the Technologies Division of the Servest group. He says this will be exciting times for the company. He and his professional team at Servest Technologies will continue to offer clients valued added services such as consultation, design, installation and maintenance right up to component level as well as offsite control room monitoring.

The Servest Group has committed to continue investing resources to ensure that it will meet customer expectations and requirements for the future.

De Barros is an avid golfer and hockey player who played international hockey for Rhodesia/Zimbabwe and also played in the second All Africa Games in Egypt.

Yolanda Krajnc has been appointed as sales and marketing director at Servest Technologies. Krajnc has a Master of Business Leadership qualification and 10 years’ sales and marketing experience in the electronic security industry acquired through her association with Chubb UTCFS and AV Enforce Electronics. Her strategic vision is to ensure that Servest Technologies becomes the leading turnkey solution provider within the electronic industry through unique solutions, exceptional products and phenomenal service levels that optimise customer satisfaction.

She understands that the biggest challenge facing organisations in the competitive service industry today is customer attrition and retention. According to her, customers are the essence of any business and should therefore be considered at all times. Subsequently Servest Technologies’ focus embraces the issues of quality, customer value, customer service and customer satisfaction.
