X-series wireless

Since its release in September 2010, IDS’s X64 panel has proven its reliability and flexibility in over 20 countries. Designed from the ground-up to take advantage of the latest advances in electronic technology, the X64 offers installers the ability to cost-effectively implement anything from a simple domestic application to a fully-featured commercial intrusion solution, all off of the same base panel.

The X-Series Wireless comprises an IDS-designed and built wireless receiver which is fully serially integrated into the X64, and supports a full range of Duevi wireless peripherals. Inhep has been distributing Duevi throughout Africa for two years and based on the performance of the detectors and wireless receivers in the field, has secured the rights to integrate them into the X64.

Each panel supports four 16-zone wireless receivers. Serial integration permits full supervision, as well as programming of the receivers and detector enrolment from the keypad or the new IDSwift downloadable software. The X64’s zones are fully mappable, allowing anything from 64 wired to 64 wireless zones, or any combination.
