Elvey supplies Nice Hansa

Elvey Security Technologies has added Nice Hansa to its gate automation product range. The Nice Hansa gate motor offers an array of security features, including fast close, auto close timer and current overload detection. Its sensitivity adjustment feature increases the gate’s operational safety. For those wanting to up the safety ante, infrared beams can be added to prevent the gate from closing on people or vehicles.

The motor can also be programmed to open at predefined times for specified pedestrians such as gardeners and domestic workers. Designed to avoid jerking open and banging shut, the motor’s multispeed controller is the answer to soft starts and finishes.

Another safety and convenience feature is the courtesy light. Not only does it illuminate the point of access for home owners at night but, with a 24 V battery back-up, its efficacy is uncompromised by power failures.
