New security distributor opens doors

April 2011 News & Events

Elecsec Distributors officially opened its doors on 1 March 2011 as a supplier of electronic security products, specialising in CCTV and intruder detection.

Matthew Irwin, a member of Elecsec, entered the security industry in 1992 working through all aspects of the industry from control room operation, armed response, alarm and CCTV installations, sales and technical management, through to product management which included overseas sourcing, testing, approving and importing of the best quality electronic security products that are available.

He says it is the Elecsec way to guarantee an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction and it is this belief that will set Elecsec apart. Elecsec can also offer services beyond the standard, as customers have already noticed. If a customer sees a product somewhere, or on the Internet and finds it is not available locally, the company will arrange for the product to be purchased and imported.

Furthermore, Elecsec offers a simple warranty policy on its electronic products. Within the first 12 months of purchase, providing there is no physical or lightning damage to the electronic product, it will be replaced free of charge by an already repaired unit. Or, if a repaired item is not available, a new item will be provided. This removes the frustration of waiting for lengthy repairs. This policy is relevant to electronic products only.

Elecsec is situated within the Power Centre in New Germany, South Africa. For more information please contact [email protected] or visit www.elecsec.co.za
