New security energisers

July 2009 Perimeter Security, Alarms & Intruder Detection

Ndlovu Fencing, trading as Stafix Electric Fence Centres has released the JVA Z18 and Z28 security energisers to add to the Z14 and Z14A Bi-polar energiser models. The JVA Z range is designed and manufactured in Australia by Pakton Technologies for Ndlovu Fencing.

The 8 Joule models are aimed at plots, housing estates and industrial security. The modern compact Z28 unit offers 8 Joules of dynamically monitored power split between two individually controllable and monitored zones. Via the keypad or key switches each zone can be individually armed and disarmed, and has the option to be set individually in low or high power mode. The Z range units can be synchronised so that multiple units can be grouped and synced and controlled from one point on a multizone installation, via PC or the LCD keypad. All outputs are by programmable relays making it easy to interface and transmit messages such as AC fail, zone alarm, armed, disarmed, low battery and so forth through telemetry.
