RGB Technologies and Dedicated Micros celebrate 12 months of success

March/April 2001 News & Events

It is often said that relationships are built on trust, whilst growth is developed through common goals: team work and good old-fashioned hard work. Over the past 12 months, RGB Technologies and Dedicated Micros have worked well together to build towards a common goal - the supply of top quality analog and digital products to customers in southern Africa with top quality customer service and technical support.

"All the people at Dedicated Micros are absolute stars, their honesty and support are a credit to our business" says Malcolm Laing of RGB Technologies. "Dedicated Micros and RGB have invested a lot of time and effort in developing business in SA. We have already begun to see a good return on investment, particularly in the systems integration market sectors".

Jim Perkins, Business Development Manager at Dedicated Micros, has worked very closely with Malcolm Laing over the past 12 months. He comments: "We are delighted with the success that Malcolm has had with the Digital Sprite Lite. Malcolm's considerable experience in the field of CCTV and Systems Integration has allowed him to establish Digital Sprite Lite in a number of important sectors. It has been a pleasure working with Malcolm over the last 12 months, and Dedicated Micros looks forward to a long and successful future in southern Africa".

Both companies expressed their gratitude to the local customers in SA for their support during the past 12 months. "Our business plan for the future is to build on our success and continue serving our customers with a double helping of top quality products and service from DM and RGB", comments Malcolm Laing.

"We plan to penetrate further into the system integration markets together, and offer our products and services with the knowledge that we can provide both at a high standard. We will link only quality products that are complementary to the DM range such as the Hitachi range of cameras. This is exactly as our customers want it - quality products backed by quality service," Laing concluded.
