Reditron shifts service goalposts again - setting new service standards for the CCTV industry

Reditron's workshops have, over the years, provided clients with a level of service unmatched in the CCTV industry. This level of service, with most repairs being completed within 24 h, has obviously proven extremely popular with its clients. So popular in fact, that the current workshop facilities have become too small for the demand placed upon them which has prompted Reditron to enlarge its workshop facilities and to invest in further technology to meet and surpass the needs of the industry.

According to Reditron MD John Loftus, "Reditron has invested a further quarter of a million rands in its workshop facilities. Repairs on high-end cameras, multiplexers and digital recorders will now be handed back to clients with printouts of the video signal as well as other test criteria.

"We will offer our clients proof that the repaired unit has been restored to the manufacturer's original specifications which is, we believe, a first in the CCTV industry in South Africa and possibly superior to the service provided anywhere in the world."
