The problem

Do you have an installation that requires an abnormal number of remote transmitters to monitor? Of course you do not want to have a room full of receivers. Neither do you want to have to run kilometres of cabling. So what is the answer?

Digi RX - 242 channel digital receiver

This new product from Bartronics Security Systems has been designed for townhouse or retirement village installations, and is simplicity itself. The receiver is installed at a guard room or monitoring room.

The system has an on-board relay for triggering a siren or radio transmitter, and accommodates 242 different hand held or fixed transmitters, the latter also available from Bartronics. The Digi RX is fully programmable so transmitters can be installed and removed without the need to change any individual transmitter.

The Digi RX comes in a waterproof box and has a key switch that is used to reset the unit. It has a large multiple LED (three digit) display that lights up (with associated audible buzzer) when a remote is triggered.
