The mission of Security and Communication Warehouse is 'To be the supplier of choice in the CCTV market through superior products and service excellence'. The company has been trading in electronic security equipment since 1997 and is an importer and supplier of a wide spectrum of quality products including:

* Intercoms.

* Video intercoms.

* Gate motors.

* Garage motors.

* Electric fencing.

* Closed circuit television (CCTV).

* Digital video recording systems (DVRs).

Security Warehouse, based in Centurion, is the sole agent in South Africa for, among others, the VDI, Ellim Bitron and Sambo brands and also manufactures its own digital video recording system known as the Bitron digital recorder (BDR). The BDR system is manufactured using various local as well as imported components, and all the specifications have been tried and tested by Security Warehouse's technical team. The Bitron-Sambo Video Intercom is also exclusive to Security Warehouse's top of range products, as is the range of VDI and Ellim cameras.

In addition to a wide product range and trained and experienced staff, Security Warehouse has a number of outstanding services to offer, among them:

Free quotations

Sales personnel are available to assist with any quotations required. Quotations will be done free of charge and sales personnel will assist with an uncertainties regarding the choice of equipment.

Technical back-up

The qualified and experienced technical and IT personnel will be available to assist with any technical difficulties encountered as well as to provide any technical advice required, either in person or over the phone.

Exchange policy

No more waiting for repairs! Instead of waiting days, or even weeks, for repairs, Security Warehouse will exchange the item for you while you wait (a minimal cost applies). Applicable to energisers, PC boards, cameras, etc.

Training

Specialised training courses are offered in all product fields. In-depth, detailed information is provided on the installation as well as on the operation of all equipment. Sales training is also offered, comprising topics such as 'sales methods and techniques', 'assertiveness in selling' and 'how to gain/win a customer'.

In-house facilities

Security Warehouse boasts an impressive demo room displaying the latest technology in security, where all available products are on display. Free demonstrations of the Bitron Digital Recorder, cameras and other products are available on a daily basis. The in-house services of Security Warehouse also include camera-testing facilities where different cameras can be tested and compared according to many characteristics, ie, TV lines, resolution, picture quality and lux levels, to name just a few.
