Solution for remote alarms monitoring

Cardax is due to release its Cardax FT Diallers next month. The Cardax FT system is a solution suitable for integrating access control and security across remote distributed sites.

Cardax FT Diallers will provide the ability to transmit alarms to remote monitoring stations using industry-standard Contact ID data format. Each Cardax FT Dialler also enables the Cardax FT Command Centre, the head-end of the system, to dial-up Cardax FT Controllers, to perform configuration and alarm monitoring remotely.

There will be two variants of Cardax FT Diallers. These are optional devices that attach on-board their respective controller; the Cardax FT Dialler 3000 for the Controller 3000, and the Cardax FT Dialler 5000 for the Controller 5000.

The peer-to-peer communications between Cardax FT Controllers allows one Cardax FT Dialler to support for alarm monitoring of other controllers on site. The Cardax FT Diallers are able to seize the phone line to transmit alarms, when the line is shared with a normal phone or other device. The Cardax FT Dialler is housed in the Cardax FT Controller cabinet - mounted on top of the controller serial port.
