Special guest for Hi-Tech Security Solutions’ webinar

The Video IQ webinar, hosted in association with Hi-Tech Security Solutions, scheduled for 17 August 2010, has a special guest speaker. Mike Voortman will join the webinar to discuss the future of guarding services in the light of new technology.

Voortman is the founder and CEO of Verifier, a truly independent remote guarding company. Verifier’s business is off-site monitoring, without installation or other services. The company works with any installer and monitors any site, as long as the quality of installation and technology it sufficient.

Verifier (http://www.verifier.co.za) is based in Cape Town and works closely with community watches, SAPS and and leading armed response and guarding companies. Voortman says the company’s mission is 'community safety through remote monitoring'. He will be imparting some insights into the remote guarding market based on experience the company has gained.
