New levels of flexibility with Aiphone IXG

The IP Apartment Intercom system (IXG Series) from Aiphone is a pure IP-based solution which can be connected directly onto a network infrastructure without the need for additional system components such as servers and dedicated distributors. Installation time and cost are further minimised by the availability of entrance and room stations which feature PoE for easy wiring.

The Aiphone IP Apartment Intercom system supports up to 9999 units deployed across 99 interconnected buildings, and with no server required and no licence fees, it is easy to add additional stations when new accommodation units or towers are added.

For mixed-purpose buildings and campuses requiring a higher level of security, the IP Apartment Intercom system can be integrated with Aiphone’s full IP perimeter and call forwarding system to provide emergency broadcasts and site control.

The system features:

• Stylish and practical 7-inch touchscreen entrance station with recording.

• 7-inch touchscreen master station.

• Smartphone application which provides remote access and control from anywhere in the world via an Android or iOS device.

The models in the series include the IXG-DM7 video entrance station, IXG-2C7 video tenant stations as well as the IXG-MK guard station.

• The IXG-2C7 video tenant station allows internal communication between room stations, connects with the user’s smartphone, answers calls, releases doors and checks recordings from anywhere.

• The IXG-DM7 video entrance station is weather resistant and has a customisable welcome screen. It provides two-way video communication with guard stations.

• The IXG-MK guard station provides communication with tenant stations.

The cloud-based app allows users to answer calls from the entrance station, the video tenant station, the master station and the door station. It has an audio and video recording function and confirms the incoming call history. The app also allows the user to operate electric locks.
