Prism Distribution forms Access Control, Parking and security division.

Prism Distribution's success in the retail, banking and telecommunications industries prompted the company to look at other industries where there is a similarity in customer and system requirements and where the experience it has gained could be put to use for both the customer and company's benefit.

After careful consideration the decision was taken to form a division focused on the needs of the Access Control, Parking and Security arena and the company created the APS Division headed by Bernard Crimes.
