Initiative designed to assure quality managed solutions

August 2002 News & Events

As part of its strategy to maximise user satisfaction, Wavetrend Technologies, a provider of wireless identification solutions, has introduced an initiative designed to assure users of its technology that their security systems are of the highest possible standard.

The term 'Powered by Wavetrend' signifies that the products, installation, support and technical solutions deployed by business partners or systems integrators at end-user sites have undergone stringent testing and will pass the most critical scrutiny.

"Our strategy is to be recognised as the de facto standard in the wireless identification technology industry and that our accredited business partners, resellers, channel network and systems integrators adhere to our rigorous quality assurance procedures," says Steve Mason, sales and marketing director at Wavetrend.

Mason adds that Wavetrend works very closely with business partners to ensure that the technology they deploy at user sites meets the requisite standards. "Accredited dealers attend ongoing training procedures to equip them with the knowledge required to implement high functionality solutions," he says.

Channel partners are further assisted with marketing and advertising campaigns, bringing joint messages to the end user base through carefully planned campaigns that include case studies and brand advertising.

"The accredited reseller channel has welcomed the opportunity that the 'Powered by Wavetrend' initiative provides. The added value that they can pass onto their end user base positions them as preferred suppliers.

"For end-users who have selected a Wavetrend business partner solution, the initiative denotes peace of mind," concludes Mason.
