Lenel colour IP digital cameras

August 2007 Surveillance

G2 Security has introduced a Lenel-branded line of IP cameras that offers high video quality and network performance. The new product line also includes lenses, housings, monitors, mounts and other video management accessories.

The new line of digital network cameras includes the ICT 220 DN Plus, a three-axis, fixed-dome camera; the ICT 230 DN Plus, a fixed camera; the ICT 240 DN, an outdoor speed dome camera; and the ICT 250 DN, a speed dome camera designed for indoor use.

Both the ICT 240 and ICT 250 cameras employ Stealth Spin technology for smooth, accurate movement and virtually silent operation, and as hybrids they can simultaneously record IP and analogue video. The ICT 240 and ICT 250 can be purchased with either a 26X or an 18X optical zoom and a 12X digital zoom.

Lenel will also debut the ICT 510 single-channel audio-video server, and will introduce a four-channel video server with onboard storage later this year. All of the new Lenel ICT cameras are equipped with a 410 000-pixel Sony Super HAD CCD, support MPEG-4 video compression, and have video frame rates of up to 30 frames per second at D1 resolution. In addition, both the video server and cameras offer an in-camera motion detection capability.

All cameras are available in standard and day/night models. They carry a two-year warranty and have UL, FCC, CE, CCC and RoHS certifications for global use.
