CCTV specialists, Dedicated Micros, recently announced the acquisition of Dennard, one of the UK's leading suppliers of CCTV equipment, including domes and associated peripherals. Dennard becomes a wholly-owned subsidiary of Dedicated Micros Group (DMG), enabling DMG to offer a broader product portfolio to its extensive customer base around the globe.
The acquisition includes the entire Dennard range of dome cameras and housings, pan and tilt mechanisms, controllers, lamps, brackets and metalwork. Dennard will continue to operate under its own name from its Hampshire base in the UK.
DM has also agreed terms to the planned acquisition of Total Entry Solutions, designers and manufacturers of access control systems. Total Entry Solutions (TES) is set to become part of Dedicated Micros Group (DMG), further broadening the DMG produce range and customer base.
DMG will take on the marketing of Total Entry Solutions' Alpha system series, comprising PC software, control box and door controllers. The company also offers a bespoke card bureau service, with tailored identification for contact and magnetic strip entry cards.
