Abelard Underwriting Agency is a specialist liability and motor underwriter to the security industry. Underwriting on behalf of Lombard Insurance Company and Guardrisk Insurance Company, its team of experts has been involved with underwriting specialist products to the security industry for over 20 years. Written under their own bespoke wording cover includes security claims, products liability, professional indemnity, cover arising out of the use of firearms and the fidelity (dishonesty) of guards, money-in-transit and special events security. Motor policies can be written on a specified vehicle and fleet basis and includes armed response vehicles.
