IVS retail security solution

NUUO’s IVS video management and analytics solution can be used for multiple purposes in a retail environment. The people-counting feature has a bi-directional filter suitable for counting people separately and accurately in busy entrances. Retailers can immediately view the number of people on a computer screen or send the data to a central office where it can be stored and can be analysed for marketing purposes or compared with other demographics data to understand consumer behaviour.

The tamper detection feature detects events that significantly change the field of view of the camera and the ‘dwell’ feature detects objects that linger inside a zone for longer than the predefined period.

When used in conjunction with NUUO Mainconsole and surveillance cameras, it allows users to plan and regulate seasonal store or mall traffic. In addition, its precise tracking alerts security personnel to any suspicious individuals or inappropriate behaviour.

The NUUO IVS can support over 2000 different IP or analogue cameras, has 40 detection zones and can track up to 100 targets per camera.
