Arecont Vision has announced two major changes to its Middle East and Africa team. Johan Crause, based in Johannesburg, South Africa, has been promoted to regional director – Middle East and Africa, and Vishesh Warikoo, based in Mumbai, India, has been promoted to regional director – Middle East and India and will relocate to Dubai, UAE.
Crause will now be responsible for Saudi Arabia Central and West, Egypt, Qatar, Lebanon and Jordan, while Warikoo will take on Saudi Arabia East, Oman, Bahrain and the UAE.
Sanjit Bardhan, Arecont’s VP for EMEA and India says, “2018 is going to be a different year at Arecont Vision. We have just launched the brand new Contera product line which is not only a new camera line, but also a new VMS and web services platform. This will make Arecont Vision a total solution provider to the industry.
“With these new industry introductions, we have promoted Johan and Vishesh (who have been strong contributors at Arecont Vision) to lead our business in the Middle East.”
