Pentagon and Elvey join forces in the export market

April 2017 News & Events

Pentagon and Elvey Security Technologies’ Exports Department have merged to establish a business partnership to collaborate in the sales and support of electronic security and life safety solutions. Effective from the beginning of March 2017, the two companies will combine their technological expertise and extensive product lines with a goal of setting new standards in the industry.

“This partnership will revolutionise the exports market since it combines the technological expertise and strengths of two leading companies in the electronic security field,” says Gary Lowe, Elvey’s chief executive officer.

“This unique entity was created with our customers in mind. Our focus is on providing our partners with a complete basket of product from a single source, while ensuring the highest levels of after-sales service and support. By doing this, our partners can rest assured that they in turn are able to provide their customers with end-to-end integrated solutions,” says Gareth Williams, Elvey’s export manager.

Customers will be serviced and supported by a dedicated sales and technical support team, offering system design, pre-sales assistance, after-sales service, logistical support and technical support across the African continent. “Our team is primed to offer our partners the most comprehensive range of systems and support services in the market. In addition, we have a dedicated tender department that has the ability to understand each tender and create a solution for the application,” says Brendon Hall, Pentagon’s MD.
