Securex, another Suprema success

July 2015 News & Events, Access Control & Identity Management

This year’s fresh bouquet of new IP security products and integrated solutions attracted the attention of many high profile security consultants and providers. The new BioStation 2 high performance fingerprint terminal and new BioStar 2 Cloud and Web-based IP access control suite were some of the products causing serious rubber necking and congestion.

The new Xpass S2 NFC compatible multi-smartcard reader generated new ideas for IP access control and the FBI approved Live Finger Detection sensor for the BioStation T2 opened doors for high secure and government implementations.

Suprema’s continued focus on integrating its technology into existing systems to add more value for end-users and System Integrators was as prominent as always. This year’s new value-added integrations included integration into the Impro Portal, Saflec Access Control, Paxton Access, CathexisVision and MileStone VMS. The launch of BioConnect 3.0, a platform that fuses Suprema into many enterprise Access Control Manufacture’s platforms such as Lenel OnGuard, Software house, Genentec, Amag, Axiz and many more, drew attention. The live demonstrations allowed visitors to experience first-hand the value that truly integrated security has to offer.

Suprema’s full range of products including access control and time and attendance solutions, embedded fingerprint modules, PC fingerprint solutions, live scanners and ePassport readers were also on display.
