Opale is the latest video intercom system from BPT. It is a hands-free recessed wall-mounted intercommunicating video entry control system. With the Opale line, BPT enhances its range of video entry control systems, the new line offers two stylish and discreet models which adds a refined touch to any setting.
Featuring the latest-generation style and design, the new line offers two separate models: Opale with a 3,5-inch display in 4:3 format, and Opale Wide with a 4,3-inch display in 16:9 format. There are some interesting features: the monitor has touch sensitive keys that leave room for the touch screen with concealed keys in the wide model.
It incorporates the intercommunication facility – up to 10 users without the need of additional devices. The 3,5-inch display version provides all standard functions: such as the Call Tone Control and Mute, the Panic and Porter Switchboard Call, 4 Call Melodies and Image Zoom. The Wide version with Touch Screen adds advanced features like a Video Answering Service and the list of calls made by the porter.
Opale can be used with X1 and XiP technology. X1 is the 2 wire bus of BPT, whereas the XiP system is an advanced IP configuration which allows the users to have a XiP Mobile application installed on their smartphones (iPhone, iPad and Android).
