Book a stand and capitalise on four popular co-located industrial shows

Issue 1 2023 Editor's Choice, News & Events, Conferences & Events

In the first full year since the COVID-19 lockdown ended, companies are looking to rejuvenate their operations and drive a return to pre-lockdown profitability. One sure-fire way to ensure targeted customer interaction, and access to a much wider audience, is to book a stand at a well-supported industry-recognised trade show.

Mark Anderson, Portfolio Director at Specialised Exhibitions.

Now in its third decade of matchmaking security technology and service providers with organisations seeking security solutions, SECUREX South Africa is joined by sister shows A-OSH EXPO, Facilities Management Expo, and Firexpo, at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Midrand from 6 to 8 June 2023.

“By co-locating these four popular shows, we can afford the exhibitors multiplied footfall from the visitors to each of the respective expos. We have found that people looking for products and services at a specific expo are often happy to find that they have access to further sought-after solutions from the other co-located shows. This not only provides the visitors with the convenience offered by having all four expos located under one roof, but also provides the exhibitors with an opportunity to easily expand their customer base,” says Mark Anderson, portfolio director at Specialised Exhibitions (a division of the Montgomery Group).

In addition to these tangible traffic-sharing benefits, and combined exposure to a wide and varied target market, the four shows are a drawcard for individuals seeking knowledge downloads on the latest trends and regulations in the industry. The well-attended SECUREX Seminar Theatre, Saiosh free-to-attend Seminar Theatre (powered by Saiosh and Sapema), the Facilities Management Seminar Theatre (powered by Broll), and the Working at Height Theatre (powered by BBF Safety), are populated with high-quality topics by respected industry leaders who present thought provoking and stimulating subject matter.

“At past exhibitions, we have found that people who had intended to attend seminar sessions only, were drawn into the exhibition halls and, in many instances, found solutions they had been actively searching for. Furthermore, all four shows are endorsed and supported by leading industry bodies that lend their weight and expertise to the impact of the shows. Members of these industry bodies receive the assurance that the exhibitions receive endorsement because of their contribution to the market,” says Anderson.

“With less than four months to go, we urge potential exhibitors to contact our team as soon as possible to book their stand space. They can further enhance their brand awareness by taking advantage of several exclusive sponsorship packages we have available,” says Anderson.
