Based on ARTPEC-8 — the latest Axis system-on-chip (SoC) — this high-performance camera includes a deep learning processing unit (DLPU). This enables improved processing and storage capabilities, allowing you to collect and analyse even more data than before, on the edge. Thanks to AXIS Object Analytics, it offers detection and classification of humans, vehicles, and types of vehicles, all tailored to your specific needs.

This easy-to-install dome camera is designed to blend into any environment. Featuring a varifocal lens with remote zoom and focus capabilities, it can be adapted for close-ups and overviews without the need for hands-on finetuning. Featuring audio and I/O connectivity, you can integrate peripheral equipment, such as a microphone, to extend the value of your system. Furthermore, this robust, IK10-rated outdoor-ready camera is packed with built-in cybersecurity features to prevent unauthorised access, and to safeguard your system. For instance, Axis Edge Vault protects your Axis device ID, and simplifies authorisation of Axis devices on your network.

The camera's capabilities are expanded by the ARTPEC-8, which gives developers the ability to write code directly onto the camera.
