ACRE announces ACT Mobile Service

Issue 5 2022 Integrated Solutions, Products & Solutions

ACRE has announced the availability of its ACT Mobile Service, a premier low code builder subscription that delivers immersive user app experiences tailored to individual customers’ unique needs and business processes.

ACT Mobile Service enables end-users and integrators to build integrated, immersive user experiences by combining multiple tools and services into a single mobile application. The service is available in three deployment models.

The ACRE Mobile Service Experience can integrate with any access control platform and delivers command and control functionality, mobile credentialing, area access management and visitor capabilities.

The White Label Experience allows customers to design unique user experiences and create a branded employee engagement application that increases productivity, improves satisfaction and connects stakeholders in more meaningful ways.

With Dealer Containers, ACRE dealers can implement their own mobile service and design a dealer-branded app that establishes deeper relationships with customers by giving them the ability to deliver a level of white-glove service that will leave their competition in the dust.

ACT Mobile’s integration opportunities are immense. The open API provides the building blocks to connect into any business system, including human resources, ticketing, parking, messaging, food services or other concierge services. Additional capabilities include the ability to broadcast mass notifications, initiate facility lockdowns and implement visitor ‘lite’ experiences around credential issuance and visitor workflows. Plus, standard plug-ins are available for event planning, media integrations, RSS feeds and iCal integration.

“Building on more than a decade of experience creating solutions purpose-built for security applications, this new service supports greater mobile capabilities for both end-users and dealers, and broadens their ability to integrate and connect with various technologies and services,” said Steve Wagner, president, ACRE Americas. “The ‘one stop shop’ concept delivered with ACT Mobile Service eliminates the need to manage multiple apps for individual business systems and brings a unified user experience to our global customer base.”
