Evolving Management Solutions celebrates 25th anniversary

Issue 6 2022 News & Events, Access Control & Identity Management

Evolving Management Solutions (EMS) has been operating in the security and access control industry in South Africa for 25 years, and celebrated this momentous occasion with a series of product days designed to showcase its partners and their products.

The biggest of these product days took place at the EMS head office in Randburg. While each partner was there to promote its own brands, the day celebrated their integration, giving end-users innovative, user-friendly and unsurpassed products.

Years of research has gone into establishing the necessity of having audio linked to CCTV feeds, and this is something EMS is passionate about, as it continues to work closely with partners to find the perfect audio and visual security solutions. This is achieved by integrating the Commend intercom system with various Bosch camera systems.

As demonstrated on the day, Milestone brings the Bosch and Commend systems together with its easy-to-use but powerful software platform.

Skidata is responsible for parking solutions and successfully displayed how it uses the Commend system to engage with clients through its pay stations.

STid mobile credentials offer simple and effective biometric access control solutions for all types of businesses and applications, from touch all the way to 20 metres away.

IntelliPOS, for example, makes use of the system in its point-of-sale products, while Boomgate uses the technology as a means to activate its gates, making access control convenient.

EMS, like all businesses, would be lost if not for its importers and distributors, two of which joined EMS on its product day: Advanced ID and Lunar X.

Success is not singular but relies on symbiotic partnerships with extraordinary companies and people.
