Milesight SIP-based surveillance solution

Issue 9 2020 Products

Milesight, in partnership with Yeastar, a VoIP manufacturer, has released its latest solution: an SIP camera integrated with VoIP systems. SIP or Session Initiation Protocol is the application layer protocol that has emerged as the standard for controlling multimedia communication sessions for voice and voice over IP.

The SIP based surveillance solution enriches your IP surveillance system. SIP IP cameras, video SIP phones, VoIP PBX and softphones on PCs are connected, as well as your mobile devices such as iPad, iPhone and Android phones.

Just make a call and everything will be displayed on your screen. Your phone will not only make calls by integrating with the solution, but also works as a surveillance terminal.

Key features of the system

Call to view – By making a call, you will automatically connect to the SIP camera.

Listen and talk – The Milesight SIP camera supports audio in and out. This enables you to talk to the person who is under the Milesight SIP camera.

Supports multiple devices – Milesight’s SIP solution supports SIP video phones, PC softphones and mobile devices.

Easy to install – All you need is an Ethernet cable that provides power and a stable Internet connection.

Remote control – Via the Internet, you can control the SIP camera, from anywhere in the world.
