Standalone power supply range

Technoswitch recently modified and expanded its standalone 100–240 V AC to 24 V DC, 2 A regulated power supply range.

A lightweight, durable ABS enclosure with a snap-on lid has replaced the current power supply in the small metal enclosure. The ABS enclosure easily accommodates 7 Ah batteries.

The new weatherproof power supply is housed in a robust, durable powder-coated metal IP65 rated enclosure, making it ideal for industrial and outdoor applications. The power supply also has a DIN rail wiring strip, cable entry points and wall-mounting holes.

The large powder-coated sheet metal enclosure, with a hinged lid for easy access and key lock for extra security, is perfect for applications where 17 Ah batteries are required. The enclosure also features cable entry points and wall-mounting holes.

All models in the range have external LED indications for AC input on; 24 V DC output on; 24 V DC overload/fault; and supply fault. Additional system status and fault indication LEDs are provided internally on the PSU (power supply unit) board. Two potential-free fault relays are provided – one for the indication of the absence of the AC input and the other to indicate a general fault. The output voltage is protected from an overload condition, and the input circuit has built-in surge protection.
