COVID-compliant visitor management

SmartVisitor allows for the pre- and post-registration of visitors using a cloud-based interface that ensures compliance, providing your business with full track and trace functionality. In addition, through the dashboard, a wealth of customer data and analytics with standard reporting is available.

Visitors can either simply pre-register online by completing a customisable questionnaire or, upon arrival, your reception captures the visitor’s details and answers the questionnaire in collaboration with the visitor.

The visitor is recognised in the system either through their identity number or via facial recognition if a visitor has uploaded a photograph and you are making use of one of our facial recognition devices. Once approved by the host, the visitor’s details are automatically sent to the applicable facial recognition device wherever it may be located.

Upon the pre-registered visitor’s arrival, the visitor simply presents their face to the facial recognition device, at which time the visitor’s arrival time is automatically recorded as well as the visitor’s body temperature. Alternatively, the visitor’s identity number can be used, and their temperature entered manually into the system on arrival, by reception.

In the event of the facial device being fitted to a door or turnstile, access will not be possible when excessive body temperature is measured.

A timeframe can also be assigned for the intended visitor. Visitors will not be able to access your premises outside the set period, giving you total control over the visitor’s access.
