7 Arrows becomes a part of Fidelity ADT

Issue 8 2020 News & Events, Security Services & Risk Management

Fidelity ADT and 7 Arrows have concluded an acquisition agreement effective 1 October 2020. 7 Arrows will now form a part of Fidelity ADT and this partnership will integrate 7 Arrows customers into the Fidelity Services Group.

Wahl Bartmann.

Wahl Bartmann, group chief executive officer of Fidelity Services Group, says this partnership provides an exciting opportunity to bring a wealth of added diversified experience and security knowledge to these customers and to deliver a far more integrated and robust security offering.

“The transition will be relatively seamless for 7 Arrows customers whose monitoring, armed response and guarding contracts will automatically be transferred to Fidelity ADT with no change in the monthly fee. From 1 October all alarm activations and queries will be responded to by Fidelity ADT armed response units and monitoring centres,” says Bartmann.

He assures all customers that service will continue as normal during the transition. 7 Arrows customers will still be able to contact and deal with many of the same 7 Arrows employees they are accustomed to. In the coming weeks customers will see the gradual replacement of the 7 Arrows branding as well as changes to armed response uniforms, vehicle branding and signboards. The process of re-directing all customer signals to the monitoring centre in Midrand will commence on 1 October 2020.

“To all our new customers, our focus going forward is to build and further improve on the exceptional service and quality you have come to expect. As Fidelity ADT, we will continue to protect your property, assets and loved ones with passion, integrity and commitment based on localised, community focused and cost-effective solutions that will keep you safe. You will also have access to all the value added services we have rolled out across the group,” concludes Bartmann.
