Fidelity Fire Solutions partners with Eaton

When it comes to safety, and especially fire safety, there is no such thing as compromise. Fidelity Fire Solutions has announced another South African first after partnering with Eaton to source, service and install fire alarm and fire suppression solutions across sub-Saharan Africa.

Fidelity Services Group has grown the Fire Solutions arm and strategically worked to strengthen its product offerings, expertise and scale of the business to fully service and install large-scale fire and suppression solutions which paved the way for a partnership of this type.

Dean Gopal, product manager – Life Safety Division at Eaton said, “We recognised early on in our discussions with Fidelity the clear benefits of partnering with them to expand on our joint operations in Africa”. The partnership is envisaged to create a new paradigm in the fire solutions industry to benefit potential customers through enhancing the available solutions each company can offer to their existing and future customers on the continent.
