Reveal will showcase its body worn video solutions products for the first time on the African continent at Securex.. On show will be the new RS2-X2 and RS2-X2L cameras for use on the front line. The cameras feature up to eight hours of battery life and up to 32 GB recording capacity, allowing up to 34 hours of audio and video to be recorded. Reveal’s front facing screen acts as a strong deterrent in reducing aggressive and confrontational behaviour. Also on show will be Reveal’s new cross-platform DEMS 4.0 (Digital Evidence Management Software) and its online version DEMS Web. Key components of each include:

• DEMS 4.0 & DEMS Web: The latest version of Reveal’s evidence management software now includes web-based access to store, review and manage files anywhere, any time and on any device. DEMS offers supreme flexibility of deployment and ease of use, with a new and improved user interface. DEMS Web allows users to work across a variety of different platforms including laptop, desktop, mobile phone or tablet.

• RS2-X2 and RS2-X2L Body Cameras: Compact, tough body camera with top-end features, including encryption, full HD recording and on-board playback. Both cameras feature a fully articulated camera head easily adjustable to allow users of any height and body shape to always be recording exactly what they see, as well as allowing it to be used handheld, in car or tabletop.
