Suprema is débuting two new fingerprint IP terminals, BioStation A2 and BioStation L2, alongside its extensive range of IP access control devices, PC fingerprint solutions and integrated software solutions. More specialised products on show include embedded fingerprint modules, live scanners and ePassport readers.

The BioStation A2, Suprema’s new flagship fingerprint IP terminal, is the most impressive biometric device ever released from Suprema. It blends form and function with industry leading design and features. The company is confident it will establish itself well in the premium market. BioStation A2 delivers the best matching performance (150 000 matches per second), smooth graphics and quick response for users. It caters for 500 000 users (100 000 1:M), 5M logs and 50 000 image logs.

BioStation L2, promises to deliver a comprehensive solution to everyday access control needs with no compromise in design, perform-ance and security. L2’s Quad-core CPU provides 125 000 matches per second, increased data transfer speed, enhanced image processing, and ultrafast fingerprint authentication. Its expanded memory capacity provides for 500 000 users (100 000 1:N) and 5 000 000 logs.

Suprema welcomes visitors to enjoy live demonstrations of the various value-added integrations, which include, to name a few, integrations into the Gallagher, Avigilon Access, Impro Portal, Saflec Access Control, Paxton Access, CathexisVision and MileStone VMS. Visitors can also come and discuss the array of options provided by BioConnect, a platform that fuses Suprema into many enterprise access control manufactures’ platforms such as Lenel OnGuard, Software house, Genetec, Amag, Axiz and many more.

“Securex always creates the ideal platform for us to connect and our team looks forward to welcoming current and new clients, partners and friends on our stand over a cup of coffee,” says Walter Rautenbach, MD neaMetrics, distributor of Suprema, Africa.
