Boom gates are used to regulate traffic, manage access control or impose high security, and they are typically found at level (rail) crossings, drawbridges, parking facilities, checkpoints and entrances to restricted areas. ZKTeco’s PB100 boom barrier utilises reliable electromechanical machinery to guarantee quality and stability. It is suited for applications requiring high-volume access and medium levels of security.
Safe, efficient and reliable, the barrier offers simple installation, and its
collision eject mechanism ensures high protection capability. A control panel with three pushbuttons (Stop/Up/Down) is incorporated to control the motor. An input interface is provided for photocell, air switch and loop detector, and an output interface for a lamp.
Two transmitters allow for remote control over a distance of up to 25 metres. The arm can be raised and lowered manually in the case of power failure, and can be up to 6 metres in aluminium.
