Catering for 20 000 fingerprint-only users and up to 500 000 users using finger, pin and/or card, the terminal is a good match for any estate. High-speed data transfer and match speeds of 20 000 fingerprints per second ensures no delays and continuous performance even for large estates. BioStation 2’s colour graphical interface, stylish capacitive touch keypad, customisable function keys and voice instruction rounds off a pleasant user experience.
The device is built around a TCP/IP architecture and also supports RS-232, USB and Wiegand interfaces for maximum versatility. Additionally it includes Wi-Fi and PoE for flexible installation options. Secure web and mobile application (iOS and android) software allows for flexible visitor and employee access rules configuration and T&A where required. APIs and device SDKs enable easy integration into existing access platforms or the addition of CCTV, visitor management, etc.
