Fully integrated residential solution

Residential Estate Security Handbook 2016 - Vol 1 Residential Estate (Industry)

Enforce Security Services provides a fully integrated security solution to the residential estates market. With a number of notable estates under its belt like Zimbali, Mount Edgecombe and Simbithi, this Durban-based systems integrator has been able to apply the experience it has gained in the sector, to the advantage of its clients.

The company’s Gary Tintinger says that by forming strategic partnerships with consultants and estate management they have built a knowledge base that has resulted in the supply of customised residential estate solutions. Admittedly brand agnostic, Enforce believes that a comprehensive security system entails a mixture of current technology and manpower.

Tintinger says that the event allowed existing clients to critically review current technology offerings. This also helped to underline Enforce’s transparency and the credibility of the services that they offer clients. He continues that there was a good balance of estate managers and service providers, providing all attendees with a knowledge sharing opportunity.

The conference, he believes, also provided appropriate benchmarking in terms of whether estates are implementing security both correctly and optimally. The ability to personally review estate-specific technology was a big benefit for the attendees.

He points out that Enforce attended the previous event in Durban and have recently signed a contract based on that interaction. The Johannesburg event allowed the company to network with service providers and to investigate new channels in the region. Interestingly, the business model used by Enforce was completely in line with the way in which the conference was presented and allowed the team to measure its own performance.

Involved in the residential estate market for the past 20 years, Enforce can be considered a pioneer in that sector. Tintinger says that they constantly grow and have evolved their business to suit the market and market demand. The company boasts a large number of high-profile estates from lifestyle estates like Le Domaine through to golf estates, with from 40 units up to 1000 units.
