A leader in workforce management

Stanley’s locally developed solutions solidify its lead in Workforce Management.

As a Workforce Management solution, the locally developed S-QUBE platform is revolutionary and positions Stanley Security Solutions significantly ahead of its competitors. Designed to deal with the rigours of the African market, it is designed on proven principles and the latest available technologies. Stanley Security Solutions developed the S-QUBE range of equipment to build on the extremely successful BlueLine range and to remain the number one supplier of Workforce Management solutions in South Africa.

TimeGenius is the market leader for Workforce software solutions with an installed base in excess of 2500 customers in all industries. Written in FoxPro it caters for the one-site and local area network client and deals with complex shift and roster setups and requirements with ease. The system facilitates a wide range of reports, an employee search engine and an audit trail.

S-QUBE solutions

S-QUBE Evolution is the entry-level system designed for environments running only on local area network, typically for the small to medium sized company. The embedded architecture is designed to have all the necessary capabilities to satisfy the need of sites connected via local area networks with a maximum of card or biometric reading devices

S-QUBE Enterprise is the flagship within the S-QUBE range and is designed to meet the requirements of larger or international companies operating WAN-based, multi-site environments that may be geographically remote. It has the option of centralised or de-centralised system operation and can integrate with most network configurations, communications protocols or hardware backbones.

S-QUBE Virtual is the latest development to arrive in the Stanley stable of advanced Workforce Management Solutions. It was designed with specific focus on the involvement of the IT community. With the same scalability of its predecessors, S-QUBE Virtual integrates seamlessly on the existing server platform on a client’s site.

The S-QUBE solutions have been designed to function with the existing software applications as produced by Stanley Security Solutions. These applications have been developed in South Africa for South Africa, which has been the success story behind Stanley software packages.

S-QUBE diagnostics

Remote diagnostics and e-mail capabilities put Stanley ahead of the chasing pack. Customers can expect to be notified of potential problems before issues happen and these can be solved over networks. Speedy faultfinding and fixing is enabled through the Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics, which can interrogate controllers and devices and convey information direct to support personnel, with the option to send this information via e-mail. Speed is of the essence when faults occur so Stanley will be able to cut the wasted turnaround time involved in sending a technician out to the site for physical inspection.

Early notification + remote problem solving = Low running cost and satisfied clients.

ERP integration

ERP integration, with particular reference to SAP, is of special significance to S-QUBE Enterprise users who can expect a seamless flow of HR, payroll and productivity data to and from the S-QUBE solution, based on pre-defined business rules.

Payroll is the single largest expense for most companies, so this is where the greatest protection is required against fraud, corruption and theft. WDM systems are therefore no longer just ‘nice to have’ but a crucial element of financial control, regardless of the size of your company. With the S-QUBE Enterprise Stanley now has a solution that will suit all the needs of the market and measured productivity improvements can also be achieved.

Philosophy

Apart from standard and advanced time and attendance and access control functionality, the S-QUBE solution range, like its predecessor the Blue Line system, come standard with functionality like canteen management, random search and random alcohol testing, anti-passback, parading, biometric integration and many more.

Stanley’s range of S-QUBE solutions, keeps to its evergreen philosophy. It has developed the S-QUBE solution from the BlueLine platform because of its stability, ruggedness and importance that its existing customers are able to migrate to the latest technologies without unnecessary risk or disruption to operations. All existing BlueLine customers will therefore be able to follow the upgrade path into the S-QUBE solution – in many cases at very little cost.
